CLIENT DECLARATION AND AGREEMENT
I, the undersigned traveller, hereby confirm that I am a returning client of Avoca Travels (Pty) Ltd (“Avoca”), and that I have previously completed the full booking form and submitted all required documentation including valid passport copies and emergency contact details. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accept to be legally bound by Avoca’s full Standard Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all related Addendums as updated and published from time to time at: www.avocaonline.co.za
I understand that these Terms and Conditions include (but are not limited to) clauses relating to:
- Travel Service Supplier liability
- Booking and cancellation policies
- Insurance requirements
- Passports, visas, and health responsibilities
- Refund limitations
- Behavioural obligations while travelling
- Jurisdiction, indemnities, and assumptions of risk
By signing below, I confirm and agree that:
- My continued bookings with Avoca serve as an active re-affirmation of my acceptance of all Avoca Terms and Conditions, including updates published on the Avoca website.
2. I have the legal authority to bind all individuals I may book for, unless they sign separately.
3. I accept all financial, legal, and practical implications of non-compliance with the Terms, including any changes to services, pricing, and third-party supplier conditions.
4. Avoca Travels acts as an intermediary and is not liable for failures by third-party suppliers, airlines, hotels, or any government authorities.
5. I am solely responsible for ensuring that I and any passengers I represent comply with all travel documentation, visa, medical, and insurance requirements.
6. All disputes will be governed by South African law and jurisdiction.
This declaration shall remain valid for all future bookings unless revoked in writing.
